  • Refund: If applicable, are processed according to the specific agreement terms between you and Blue Pine Recruitment.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Blue Pine Recruitment is fully compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and all applicable provincial privacy laws, including Alberta’s, British Columbia’s, and Quebec’s privacy regulations.
We collect, use, and store personal data only for legitimate business purposes such as recruitment, placement, HR advisory, or client engagement. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
